FORENSIC ACCOUNTANT – FORENSIC ACCOUNTING & INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES

Position Summary
The Forensic Accounting and Investigative Services practice of RAL Forensics offers a broad range of services in litigation support and business valuation. We assist our clients in addressing challenging financial and economic issues in complex litigation and other business dispute cases as well as services in investigations of allegations related to fraud and/or irregularities, bankruptcy, turnarounds, economic damage analyses, and business valuations.

Ideal candidate should be able to provide assistance on large and complex engagements while providing various forms of financial analyses designed to provide financial insight and clarity to clients during all stages of a business dispute and/or business consulting engagement. Ideal candidate will also have an overall level and understanding of business valuation concepts and theories in order to apply business valuation approaches and methods to a variety of tangible and non-tangible assets and business interests.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• Two plus years of progressive experience with some level of exposure to litigation support, business valuation, and/or forensic accounting.

• Qualified and/or have the desire to ultimately obtain professional certifications/licenses such as CPA, CFE, and valuation credentials such as CVA or ABV.
